Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can return the product if:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged product received

  • Packaging broken

Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-returnable items

  • Opened food items

  • Used products

  • Damaged due to customer

  • Clearance / Sale items

3. Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product:

  • Quality check takes 2-3 days

  • Refund will be issued to original payment method

  • Refund may take 3–7 business days

4. Replacement

Replacement will be provided if:

  • Item is in stock

  • Approved during quality check

5. Cancellation Policy
